Building Festt, a comprehensive inventory management system for Spanish artisanal food business, featuring AI-powered ingredient analysis, automated recipe generation, and intelligent capacity management.

Developed an Electron-based cross-platform application managing 47 premium Spanish ingredients from 13 suppliers to create curated gourmet gift boxes. The system integrates natural language processing for ingredient compatibility analysis, automated recipe generation based on culinary science principles, and real-time capacity management with supplier ordering. Migrated from Python Flask to Node.js/Express backend for improved performance and cross-platform compatibility. The platform enforces strict 20% minimum profit margins while maintaining product quality and cultural authenticity.
