Accelerated mobile developer ecosystem adoption by negotiating and structuring Java™ technology licensing agreements with IBM, Sun Microsystems, and Vodafone, catalyzing 3x YoY mobile application content growth from 2005-2007. Led and contributed to more than ten strategy, M&A, and operational improvement projects, delivering $50M+ in cost savings and multiple successful acquisitions including Intellisync, Metrowerks, Gate5, Twango, and Enpocket. Invented threaded email visualization for mobile, revolutionizing mobile messaging experience across ~70M devices globally. Work enabled Nokia's smartphone platform to compete in emerging app ecosystem race against iOS and Android.
