Building Products Where Regulation Meets Technology
I build and scale products in markets shaped by energy transition, emissions regulation, and sustainability mandates — from IoT emissions monitoring on 20MW vessel engines to RED II/III biofuels compliance and renewable-energy certification platforms. As product executive and founder, I have taken regulated products from zero to Series A, $2M+ ARR, and successful VC fundraising outcomes.
Sector Focus
My recent decade centres on energy and climate: maritime decarbonization, emissions monitoring and abatement, renewable-energy guarantees of origin, and cross-border biofuels compliance under RED II/III and ISCC. Before that, I shipped mobile platforms and automotive HMI to hundreds of millions of users at Nokia and HERE — scale and design craft I now apply to products operating under regulatory constraints.
Approach
Compliance is a product problem, not a paperwork problem. I turn regulatory frameworks — emissions caps, certification schemes, chain-of-custody rules — into product requirements, data models, and closed-loop feedback systems that customers actually adopt. Design thinking and data-driven development, applied where the cost of getting it wrong is an audit finding, not just churn.
